Q: Is A Deposit Required To Confirm Booking?

Deposits are only required for private bookings. This helps secure your spot and prepare for your tactical adventure. For public events, no deposit is required, simply pay on the day! We accept cards and cash.

Q: Is There A Travel Fee?

All our packages include travel 60km from Canberra. A travel fee is payable for distances outside this range starting at $40 and becomes larger the further away from Canberra the event is held.

Q: Can I Reschedule My Booking?

You can request to reschedule your booking but keep in mind the following: If requested event is scheduled to run in more than 7 days – we are happy to reschedule your event with no penalty. If your event is scheduled to run in less than 7 days – we will work with you to reschedule but you may incur a fee up to 50% of the total package cost.

Q: Can I Cancel My Booking?

If you request to cancel and the date is greater than 7 days, we will cancel your booking and refund your deposit. If you request to cancel your event and the date is less than 7 days away, you will forfeit the deposit paid at the time of the booking.

Can I Cancel or Reschedule My Booking?

Answer

Bookings cancelled less than 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. You may reschedule your booking up to 7 days prior, subject to availability.

How many players can join a game?

Answer

We can run games for up to 20 players at a time. Larger groups can be rotated so everyone gets plenty of action. We do recommend booking more than 1 hour for these group sizes.

Is Laser Tag A Safe Activity?

Answer

Laser Tag is a safer alternative to paintball, air-soft and gel-ball. There are no projectiles, so no extra costs for paint balls or refills making Laser Tag a lower cost to play. Players are still required to watch out for each other when on the Battlefield to avoid collisions.

Do you run birthday parties?

Yes! We host sessions for birthdays, school groups, corporate events, and friends looking for a day out. We can tailor the experience to your group size and style.

Where Can Laser Tag Be Played?

Answer

Laser Tag can be played on any flat surface either indoors or outdoors. There is a misconception that it can only be played at night. Our equipment is able to play in any light conditions from full sunlight to limited lighting.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes and closed-in shoes are best. Darker clothing helps if you want to stay sneaky on the battlefield.

What Ages Can Play Laser Tag?

Due to the lightweight, slim design, our equipment is able to be played safely by children as young as 6.

I have a Voucher, what are the Terms and Conditions?

Answer

Non-Transferable & Not for Sale This voucher is complimentary and not redeemable for cash, exchange, or resale. It must not be sold or transferred without written consent. Validity Valid dates are stated on the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be accepted. Redemption & Booking Voucher is valid for one use only per customer and must be booked in advance, subject to availability. Voucher code must be provided when booking. Lost or Damaged Vouchers Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced. Cancellation Standard First Strike Laser Tag cancellation policy applies. General We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a voucher if fraud or misuse is suspected.

Can I book more than a 1 hour session?

Absolutely! If you’d like more time, just give us a call or send us an email and we’ll help extend your booking.

Question 11

How many games do we get in a session?

Answer

In a standard 1 hour session, you’ll usually play 4 to 5 games. The number can vary depending on the game modes chosen with some being fast paced skirmishes, while others being longer and more tactical.
